  1. The American economy ACTUALLY SHRANK in the last quarter. As all the idiotic "economists" continue to wait for the recovery which their flawed models claim must come the trade deficit once again soared as American jobs continue to be exported.

    1. I've been waiting fourty years now for the economists' correction to happen with these persistent trade deficits.

According to the economists and their "invisible hand" all these deficits must lead to the dollar becoming cheaper and cheaper so that then everyone abroad will see the value of American goods and buy them all up until the trade is in balance.

      LOL that's a good one.

  2. Germany continues to have the highest trade surpluses of any country in the west. Other EU members are considering sanctioning Germany for their out-competing of all others and for their high rate of saving.

Tell me the Germans shouldn't be nationalistic.

    1. Germany sell more to China than anyone because the Chinese think they have the best products.

So the Germans have a trade surplus with the Chinese so they can make a lot of crap that they sell to the Americans so the Chinese can have a huge surplus with America?

      LOL

What does that say about Americans?

  3. In the European Parliament elections huge gains were made by nationalistic/cyrptofascist parties in all member nations.

Tell me political correctness is here forever.

  4. UNDERSTANDING ELLIOT RODGER

The accusation that he was a "pyschopath" is laughable. No one with narcissistic personality disorder kills themselves.

When people strike at Americans doing them harm so-called experts and pundits like to demonize them, such as calling the 911 hijackers "cowards" when they willingly sacrificed their own lives.

Elliot Rodger had rage and emotions outside the normal range, but that's all. He wasn't irrational or unreasonable. Nor did he display an inability to feel empathy.

He realized he'd always been unhappy and lack any well being because of the nature of women in this culture. As opposed to other cultures where women's attitudes are formed and shaped to a social expectation in America females can now think and feel any way they like according to their peer and individual cultures which they create.

    And what is that?

That they have no interest in anyone creative, constructive or empathetic. On the constrary they gravitate only to boys they perceive as attractive to other girls, and that is based on their power, forcefulness, ability to take what they want, impose their will on others, etc.

This is the norm for girls over the world, but only in modern places like America where the restrictions on gender have come off somewhat are girls socialized with their own preferences.

    1. And for all the women who were irresistably attracted to the forceful, powerful guy who always got what he wanted and was feared and respected by all.....

I'm not going to build you a domestic violence home to retreat to when he turns on you.

  5. And I don't think Elliot Rodger was a misogynist either.

He didn't hate women. He hated the fact that women love men who hate women.

  6. I take that back.

It was the 1950s that girls were socialized to like Don Draper.

By the 1960s they told each other they should like Jimmy Hendrix because he had the best drugs.

  7. Interpretation: Elliot had "no game" and he felt no shame as he tried to Mame. To bad he was so lame at his attempt at fame. He only has himself to blame. And if he had shot himself first I'd tell ya the same. Life..it ain't no game. Can you tell I'm bored? Yep he was very narcicistic and seemed unable to make any human connection not just to women but his male roommates as well. Seemed antisocial and over indulged by his family. He should have been riding a 10 speed bike and working part time while going to school. Seemed like a spoiled bratty little cowardly p.o.s.to me. Cowardly cuz he couldn't go up to a woman and ask for a date. And a kinda bully to people around him admitting to trying to push coeds off balconies and moody and wouldn't answer questions from local familiar shopkeepers. Just bizzare for a college student to lack such basic social skills. His roommates (males) were so uneasy with him they'd move out of the shared dorm rooms.

    1. "Ask for a date?"

      Is this the 1950s?

    2. Yes that's what I said MIT what's up with that. Why what do you do when you're interested in socialing with someone?

    3. In the past girls stayed with the girls and boys stayed with the boys so if a boy wanted a date he'd walk up to a girl, who would be a stranger, and it would be a cold request.

But today the girls and boys are all mixed together.

Go to any school and you'll see boys and girls palling around together, walking together in small groups, etc., all platonic like.

Today girls usually date boys that they meet as friends first, and are only comfortable dating a boy that they already know that way as part of their social group.

If a boy who isn't a part of the girl's social network or group just out of the cold walked up to her and asked her for a date that would be the equivalent of saying, "Hey I know we don't have enough in common to hang with each other or any of our friends, but I think you're hot and want to take you out and have sex with you!"

It's unlikely that it would work but if the girl thinks the guy is hot and she wants to fuck him she will say yes, but that's only if he's a jock and she's into that....but if he's a nerd or something than forget it...

And he of course knows that's gonna happen so why would he put himself out like that for humiliation.

Any guy today that walks up to a total stranger girl and asks for a date, which today means fucking, is ASKING TO BE HUMILIATED.

  12. "Why War is Inevitable"
    :
    Paul Craig Roberts

"Lincoln forever destroyed states’ rights, but the suspension of habeas corpus and free speech that went hand in hand with America’s three largest wars was lifted at war’s end. However, President George W. Bush’s repeal of the Constitution has been expanded by President Obama and codified by Congress and executive orders into law. Far from defending our liberties, our soldiers who died in “the war on terror” died so that the president can indefinitely detain US citizens without due process of law and murder US citizens on suspicion alone without any accountability to law or the Constitution.

The conclusion is unavoidable that America’s wars have not protected our liberty but, instead, destroyed liberty. As Alexander Solzhenitsyn said, “A state of war only serves as an excuse for domestic tyranny.” "

    1. Well said.

Most people though don't give a shit because today most people function within the employment system of corporations, which in the founders time would be "wage slavery" or today as Noam Chomsky says is "corporate tyranny."

You can't expect someone who lives their whole lives in an employment situation of corporate tyranny with few rights, no privacy, etc. to get excited when their government also uses the criminal laws to force them into compliance over their seat belts, taxes, or anything else.

Living in a tyranny and being humiliated all the time is what people pay today to make a living, so they'll accept if from their government also.
