  2. Dr. Pieczenik: Just got done listening to your appearance on AJ.

    I don't agree with various items you brought up, but hey, you are a hell raiser, and I got to give credit for that.

    One example of disagreement: Lincoln.

    Read the succession ordinances, they are foremost about oppression regarding the institution of slavory.

    Fact is , Doc, there wouldn't have been a U. S., as is known today, for you to even come to, but for Lincoln's determination to keep the Union together. And I say that with direct ancestors, a great grandfather who fought on the Confederate side out of Texas, although, myself, was raised in a Union supporting state.

    Left to its own desires, the South, the eleven succeeding states, would have stayed separate and possibly there would have been continuous conflict between the United States and the Confederate states.

    Lincoln did not bring on the Civil War. The South brought on the war, unless, the North simply let the South succeed.

    Sam Houston, a founder of Texas, was governor at the time of succession and strongly disagreed with it. Houston literally had to face down an angry, successionist mob with a gun in his hand. As history shows, Houston was ignored and Texas joined the Confederacy.

    But it is true that as a result of the Civil War the United States became a more centralized country than it was before the war.

    Some believe if Lincoln had lived he would have reverted the country to the decentralization which existed before the war, but we'll never know for sure.

    Anyway, we'll have to agree to disagree on that historical question.

    As far as James Clapper, Director of National Intelligence, is concerned, he is a perjurer.

    Under sworn testimony, last March, Clapper was asked by Senator Ron Wyden (D, OR): “Does the NSA collect any type of data at all on millions or hundreds of millions of Americans?”

    Clapper responded, “No, sir. … Not wittingly.”

    That was a lie.

    In fact, many of the senators who heard that testimony knew it was a lie because they admitted later to knowing about the NSA program to gather data on every citizen.

    After the Snowden revelations, Clapper said that his testimony was “the least untruthful” statement he could make. Yet, of course, that would still make it an untrue statement — which most people call a lie and when it's sworn testimony, is perjury.

    So, no I don't trust Clapper, specifically, and the Obama administration, in general, which includes Gen. Alexander.

    If somebody lies about something important, they are likely to lie in other matters as well.

    The Obama administration is corrupt.

    1. I disagree with you completely about Lincoln.

      More and more constitutional scholars like Judge Napolitano are coming around to the view that Lincoln had no legal or moral basis for anything he did.

      The simple fact is that he had no authority to raise an army of volunteers, much less impose a draft, and then invade other states, throw their elected leaders in jail, put them under marshall law, rob their banks, confiscate their property ,etc.

      Nor did he have any right to suspend the first amendment, close down all opposition press, throw people in jail without trail, etc. because what he was doing wasn't a war against a foreign enemy.

      Linoln's war wasn't a war against a foreign power at all, but was treason as defined by the Constitution, which is making war against other states.

      After Lincoln's death the Surpreme Court ruled against much of what he did and upheld NONE of what he did in the few cases that were still on-going. Most people who wanted to sue him for his actions ended up in jail without charges so they were kind of unable and dissuaded.....

      If the Confederacy would have won then the Republic of the founders would have been upheld, which was a voluntary union of soverign states, NOT the coercive empire of Lincoln's sociopathic mind.

      If the Confederacy would have won Dr.P could have chosen to immigrate there or the United States. And it's likely that there never would have been an American intervention in the Great War in 1917 and therefore no Treaty of Versailles, and no Second World War, no Cold War, etc....

      History would have been much better.

      Lincoln and Stalin were to two pivitol and evil personalities of the last 200 years. Both were liars, sociopaths, indifferent to the suffering of others, megalomaniacs, and had fathers who beat and hated them.

      Lincoln was a crooked lawyer also on top of everything else. During his Presidency he gave to his Railroad Company clients billions of dollars worth of free land, his wife looted the treasury, etc. He and his wife were both criminals.

      And if you believe he cared about blacks think again. In 1862 he brought four of the most wealthy free black leaders to the White House and told them he intended to send all the free blacks back to Africa. It was only after he needed the free black vote in the south for Republican control of their legislatures that he suddenly gave the franchise to free black slave men, which is something white women didn't even have.

    2. Anaconda and Patriarch:

      You are both zealous nationalists who care only about the strength of the United States and not the principles of freedom upon which it was founded.

      You both illustrate time and time again your disdain for dissent. You are both "blood and soil" zealous nationalists who possess a fanatical zeal for the idea of an American Empire.

      You are actually neo-conservatives.

      Frankly I think Anaaconda is really Paul Wolfowitz and Patriarch is Richard Pearle.

    3. In Lincoln's home state of Illinois free black men were not allowed to vote or own property. Not that they could have anyway because state law forbade free blacks from even entering the state!

      At no time did Lincoln ever vote or speak against Illinois' anti-negro statutes.

    4. Mit, we already know what you think of the United States: "It's doomed," and "it was never such a good thing," and so forth, ad infinitum, so:

      Shut your piehole.

      Regarding patriotism, I always take your comments with a proverbial 'grain of salt'.

      Regarding Lincoln, yes, radical Libertarians, their headquarters in the South, Auburn Alabama, The Ludwig von Mises Institute , with Lew Rockwell at its head, plays to neo-confederate sympathies. Neo-confederates, of course, hate Lincoln.

      Actually, I agree with you that Lincoln wasn't a saint, he was desperate to keep the Union together, the U. S. Constitution is not a suicide pact.

      To some extent, you are right, he ignored the constitution, in the course of war, to save its enduring principles, for the course of future generations.

      As Lincoln stated several different ways over the course of the presidency:

      "We shall nobly save, or meanly lose, the last best hope of earth."

      "My dream is of a place and a time where America will once again be seen as the last best hope of earth."

      "[America] will continue to be the bulwark of freedom, the last best hope of earth."

      Those that see only a saint are wrong, those that see only a tyrant are wrong, Lincoln was a complicated individual, reflecting the times he lived in.

      Mit wrote: "You are both zealous nationalists who care only about the strength of the United States and not the principles of freedom upon which it was founded."

      Yes, I'm a nationalist. But I'm a nationalist who believes in peace & prosperity and not the "Empire", that the Constitution, our history, it's blood & soil, are the bedrock of freedom, not solely universal abstract constructs.

      Many countries have constitutions, the Soviet Union had a constitution, rather it is the unique history of the United States, including its legal inheritances from British Common Law, that make for our freedoms and the Rule of Law. And, its struggles, failures, and successes.

      As you learned the hard way, I'm not a fan of neo-conservatism, which holds onto abstract principles as a fig leaf for imperialism abroad.

      Or is it just a fig leaf for Israeli First policies, you tell me.

      I like Judge Napolitano, but he plays to the radical Libertarian crowd, at times. Napolitano uses 20/20 hindsight with regards to Lincoln and it pleases his base of supporters in the hard-core Libertarian crowd.

      You are right, in that I'm neither a neo-conservative nor a libertarian.

      I'm a conservative, mostly, but also a pragmatist, sometimes even a liberal.

      I don't subscribe to American Empire because as we see, at present, today, Empire abroad means enslavory, here, at home. That's one reason why I was opposed to the Syrian covert operation.

      Empire abroad has led to a POLICE STATE in waiting, certainly a surveillance state, now.

      Of course, Mit, we know you supported the Syrian covert operation, a neoconservative inspired policy; so much so, that you were willing to lie your fucking head off. So, who's the neoconservative, here?

      I believe in balance, the mean between two extremes, and moderation.... sometimes I fall short of that ideal. but while I fall short, I, at least keep that as one of my guiding lights.

    5. Yeah but how did Lincoln save the nation's "enduring principles" by changing it from a voluntary union to one based on coercion?

      What would have been destroyed if there would have been two countries here instead of one?

      I think what would have been preserved would have been the spirit of self-determination that the founders fought for.

      I think if Jefferson, Washington and Madison were alive in 1860 they would have taken Virginia into the Confederacy.

      What was at stake was self-determination vs. empire.

      I don't like empire. It's against the form of any Republic.

  3. Regarding Senator Ted Cruz, I disagreed with the strategy, I thought that Obamacare would fail of its own weight, which has been born out to a large degree already, but I did like Sen. Cruz's 21 hour talkathon because it did put out a lot of information on the weakness of Obamacare and narrowed attention on the failure of Obamacare.

    But seeing President Obama exacerbate the situation and do nothing but blame, blame, blame.

    That needs to be brought out.

    Here is where Ted Cruz could be a statesman: Since he led the charge, he needs to be the one who says the Republicans have proved their point about Obamacare and about the inability of President Obama to take the responsibility of his office and lead the country to better place, politically.

    In fact, Sen. Cruz could simply state, "since the president won't lead, for the sake of the country, I will lead and call for Republicans to pass a bill funding the government.

    If done with political skill, Cruz could come out looking good and Obama looking petty.

    And the country can move on, while Americans see the reality of Obama care failing and know it's a boon to the huge insurance companies, far from what rank-n-file Democrats thought they were getting, and, see Republicans breakaway from the stereotype of supporting big corporations.

    Republicans need a populist message now more than ever.

    Republicans can sell Conservatism if working class and middle class don't associate Conservatism with a blank check for huge corporations.

    With both stopping amnesty for illegal aliens and repealing Obamacare, that populist message and Conservatism are aligned. Throw in an antiwar plank and anti big banks, which are too big to fail, too big to jail, plank, plus junking so-called "free trade", which is nothing but outsourcing & offshoring and job killing loss of productive capacity and loss of sovereignty and you have the basis for prosperity and regaining the working class and middle class.

    The top 1% can go over to the Democratic Leadership.

  4. And, no, it is not a prerequisite that a president has served in the military. Neither is it a disability.

    Beyond the constitutional requirements, each candidate needs to be evaluated on their individual merits.

    Thomas Jefferson was never in the military, John Adams wasn't either, nor was James Madison.

    So, of our first four presidents, only George Washington served in the military.

    Strong executive experience can be had in a governorship of a state. That's what we need, potentially as president, a former governor, who has a strong record of executive leadership and is not "of Washington D. C."

    As a matter of fact, that former governor also would need a strong message of cleaning out the Augean stables in Washington D. C.

    A populist message if there ever was one.

    Dr. Pieczenik, the cancer of Washington D. C. corruption is far bigger than you seem willing to admit, it goes beyond a small circle, but has deep roots and has grown into a choking vine, killing the tree of liberty, like an out of control clematis or wisteria vines.

    Dr. Pieczenik, I offer this opinion piece:

    Back in the USSR: The Sovietization of American Life

    It seems impossible, but the United States of America, the land of the free and home of the brave, has morphed into a Soviet like state, a role reversal if you will.

    Think about it.

  5. Here's a followup to the post of last Saturday, "Kudos to the Fed/State Prosecutors!"

    Take a look at this, from Naked Capitalism:

    By David Dayen, a lapsed blogger, now a freelance writer based in Los Angeles, CA. Follow him on Twitter @ddayen

    The moral bankruptcy of the Justice Department’s fake crusade against JPMorgan Chase was always fairly obvious, considering that the Attorney General is holding private meetings with Jamie Dimon, the chief potential suspect in a criminal case (hey, at least those talks were “constructive”). Just yesterday, Dimon walked into the White House to meet with the President, afforded the respect of an elder statesman. The idea that he’s under “attack” is absurd.

    But this has now burst into the open with Justice’s desire to stick the FDIC with half the bill: ...

    And this golden oldie from Naked Capitalism:

    (...)
    It’s hard to summarize all of the documented instances in this report of JPM has been breaking the law, but here’s my best shot. I try to keep up on these matters, and yet some of these I’m learning about for the first time:

    Bank Secrecy Act violations;
    Money laundering for drug cartels;
    Violations of sanction orders against Cuba, Iran, Sudan, and former Liberian strongman Charles Taylor;
    Violations related to the Vatican Bank scandal (get on this, Pope Francis!);
    Violations of the Commodities Exchange Act;
    Failure to segregate customer funds (including one CFTC case where the bank failed to segregate $725 million of its own money from a $9.6 billion account) in the US and UK;
    Knowingly executing fictitious trades where the customer, with full knowledge of the bank, was on both sides of the deal;
    Various SEC enforcement actions for misrepresentations of CDOs and mortgage-backed securities;
    The AG settlement on foreclosure fraud;
    The OCC settlement on foreclosure fraud;
    Violations of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act;
    Illegal flood insurance commissions;
    Fraudulent sale of unregistered securities;
    Auto-finance ripoffs;
    Illegal increases of overdraft penalties;
    Violations of federal ERISA laws as well as those of the state of New York;
    Municipal bond market manipulations and acts of bid-rigging, including violations of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act;
    Filing of unverified affidavits for credit card debt collections (“as a result of internal control failures that sound eerily similar to the industry’s mortgage servicing failures and foreclosure abuses”);
    Energy market manipulation that triggered FERC lawsuits;
    “Artificial market making” at Japanese affiliates;
    Shifting trading losses on a currency trade to a customer account;
    Fraudulent sales of derivatives to the city of Milan, Italy;
    Obstruction of justice (including refusing the release of documents in the Bernie Madoff case as well as the case of Peregrine Financial).

  6. Dr. P.,
    Here is your appearance:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VeZY70zPuD8&feature=c4-overview&list=UUvsye7V9psc-APX6wV1twLg

    Your premise about Obama, Cruz, Clapper, Joseph McCarthy analogies (not Eugene-D- Minnesota, which was in '68), and the State of the Union were TEPID at best.

    You should have had reference notes: THE REAL MOTIVE MEANS AND OPPORTUNITY OF THE CRIIMINAL TERRORIST ENTERPRISE AKA THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH:

    1. I thought you were born in France and emigrated to Cuba with your family??

    2. Joe McCarthy at the time, was impugned by the limited radio, newpaper and limited tv media, but was proven correct in many ways over time. I remember it well. However, it was true there were Communists in Hollywood--after all, Jews who settled there were from Eastern Europe where most dreamers in lala land originated,; they were reared as Communists and Socialists; hence the Workman's Circle and many other symbiotic social networks.

    3. As for pernicious prevaricating Clapper, you pegged him a long time ago lumping him in with all the useful idiotic "lifers" in the military who never served in active duty. Since you are a proponent of a military person being president, how about Clapper or Mullen?
    Would either of those appease you? How about senile McCain? Only the Good die Young (Billy Joel) The truth is, any decent patriot would be invalidated and ostrasized if they ran. Petraeus for example.

    4. As for Cruz, he is galvanizing and educating the American Sleepwalkers. For now, that contribution is positive and well beyond the call of duty: while the rest of the corrupt greedy senators behave BADLY.

Bounel, a Russian Jew born in 1890 who emigrated to the USA and ultimately settled in Connecticut, which is where the SS# originated. (Shortly after Obama was sworn in, he changed the method of assigning SS# as "random" and not by State which has always been the rule, like zip codes.)

    2. Obama and his moat protectors are criminals not unlike the nemeses in the Superman comics. This is a conspiracy of epic proportions. You have called for this despot's arrest and removal here, in your blog, and yet all you could muster up to a WORLD WIDE AUDIENCE WAS "HAVE YOU KNOW SHAME MR. PRESIDENT?"

      As a psychiatrist, do you really believe bellowing that mild rebuke from the Capitol rotunda will affect an epiphany in a mentally ill homosexual drug and tobacco addicted sociopath? Obama is far more dangerous than any despot in history because of high tech innovations: NSA, IRS INVESTIGATIONS, Drones, Twitter, Facebook and Internet propaganda channels.

      Hitler, Lenin and Caligula could never dream of these facilitative innovations at their disposal.

      What you should have said: "Obama is a fraud, a TERRORIST, an identity criminal, who has committed serial crimes against humanity. He should be charged as such and arrested forthwith."

      Yet, you compared him to Joe McCarthy who was censured, disappeared from public life and died fairly young.
      (What McCarthy was trying to uncover was the mystery of how and why Soviet agents inside the U.S. government had gone undetected for so long: There were people in government who did not want these secret Soviet agents exposed, people who saw no need for caution toward employing CPUSA members (or members of Communist-backed front groups) in key government positions.

      The atmosphere of suspicion for which McCarthy is blamed was actually the fault of Communists themselves, and of their misguided liberal defenders who either failed to understand the danger or else were inspired by political or ideological motives to be (as it was commonly said) “soft on Communism.” And, in point of fact, it was the attitude of these liberals — derided in Cold War slang as “dupes,” or “pinkos,” or “Commie symps” — that did so much to anesthetize America, to foster the idea that Soviet aggression and domestic subversion were exaggerated dangers, thus creating a stuporous indifference that made this subversion possible.

      Communists created suspicion by the intense secrecy of their underground agents, and their sympathizers or “dupes” heightened this suspicion by celebrating those who pleaded the Fifth Amendment in refusing to testify to Congress about their involvement with the CPUSA and the Party’s various front groups...")

      You had a GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY IN YOUR FILIBUSTER TO EDUCATED AMERICA AND THE WORLD AND YOU DID NOT!

      THE VERY LEAST YOU COULD HAVE DONE WAS SPELL YOUR NAME SO THOSE WHO ARE INTERESTED COULD FIND YOUR WEBSITE.

      BECAUSE YOU ARE FAR MORE FORMIDABLE AND CANDID HERE THAN YOU ARE ON ALEX JONES' BROADCAST.

      I do request you replay your broadcast and take notes as to your omissions.

      As for all the False Flags since the Coup d'etat by the Communists in the Executive Branch: yes, there are actors, but many have been murdered in cold blood...for a sociopath, it simply reduces the surplus population.

      Until you and your colleagues come forward as a collective group and charge, "J'accuse!" there will be more collateral damage and death.

      At this writing, Obama is planning a domestic disaster to "prove" what happens when the government remains unfunded.

      Expect a serious disruption (POWER GRID WOULD CREATE HAVOC) with tanks in the streets and martial law by Thanksgiving; this is not surreal - on the contrary it is PREMEDITATED AND HAS BEEN PLANNED AS PART OF THE DESTRUCTION OF AMERICA AS I REMEMBER IT.

      DO NOT MESS UP ANY MORE GOLDEN OPPORTUNITIES!!

      It just goes to show we all have different perspectives.

      Although, to be frank, it shows that Dr. Pieczenik doesn't know his history as well as he'd like to think.

      Remember when the NSA spying came out, and Dr. Pieczenik was defending Alexander.

      Alexander, that spying son of a bitch, who, apparently, has no respect for the U. S. Constitution, yet there was Dr. Pieczenik defending Alexander.

      Sorry Dr. Pieczenik, if Alexander was a man of integrity, as you claim, he would have resigned upon becoming aware of vilolating the constitution.

      See, this rot goes deep.

      And if you think The United States Constitution is just a scrap of paper inconvenient to spying, you better look in the mirror.

But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. That shows a love of truth.

      That's important because in this world where deception has been such a long-standing mode of operation for the powers that be, there will be facts & evidence, and reality, newly uncovered, which will clash with pre-existing ideas and assumed historical events, that one is bound to find situations and reality that clash with long-held beliefs.

      That's okay.

      It's what you do with that newly discovered reality that counts.

      Many people will never even look.

      Many know reality, but don't care.

      Many people will reject reality to hold onto cherished beliefs.

      Many people will fail to take action even accepting the new reality.

      But many will pass through the cognitive dissonance, accept the facts and adjust accordingly based on their highest ideals and move forward.
