      Opiates are the choice of the metrosexual idiot and heroin is plentiful for the street rats. Poppy fields are policed to ensure product arrives at manufactures for a fair wholesale rate. The occupying force gets to sit on mammoth natural gas deposits with endless rare earth minerals as the bonus prize.

    Anyone can get off heroin or opiates or anything if they want to.

    Habits are hard to break but it can be done if they want.

    I don't believe in punishing sellers.

    The users are the villians if there are any.
